6/2013 – 9/2017:  Sr. Scheduler and Planner, Parsons Transportation Group, Corona, CA. (TEC Constructors & Engineers)  91 Freeway Corridor Improvement Project.  Develop and manage Primavera (P6) schedules for program and project, program value 1.5 billion.  Provide executive and project manager support for change and delay negotiations.  Design Builder cost and resource loaded project schedule oversight and review.  Help manage Change Control and Time Impact Analysis.

8/2011 – 6/2013:  Scheduler, Walsh Austin Joint Venture, Los Angeles, CA. (TEC Constructors & Engineers)  Tom Bradley International Terminal West Gates Expansion Project.  Develop and manage Primavera (P6) schedules for multiple projects, ranging in value from 2 to 25 million.  Provide executive and project manager support for change and delay negotiations.  Database development to help manage Change Control and Time Impact Analysis.

9/2010 – 4/2011:  Sr. Project Management Consultant, Lyle Parks Jr., Inc., Anaheim, CA.  Midtown Lowes Center, Los Angeles.  Project value estimated at 55 million.  Develop and manage baseline and update schedules using Primavera P6-ver. 7.  Position reports directly to the Project Manager.

6/2010 – 9/2011:  Sr. Project Management Consultant, Layne Christensen Company, Inc., Fontana, CA.  Bureau of Reclamation, Drought Relief Project, CA.  Project value estimated at 16 million.  Developed integrated resource leveled project schedule using Primavera P6-ver. 7.  Manage baseline and update schedules.  Position reports directly to the Project Manager.

8/2005 – 7/2009:  Sr. Project Management Consultant, LSST Corp., Tucson, AZ.  Large Synoptic Survey Telescope Project.  Project value estimated at 450 million.  Developed integrated project schedule and estimate for earned value reporting using Primavera P3e-ver. 5.  Provided project management expertise support tor the project team, during the development of the project proposal, to request government funds for construction.  Managed a team of three people.  Position reports directly to Project Director and Project Engineer.  Project sponsored by The National Science Foundation (NSF) and Dept. of Energy (DOE).

6/2001 – Present:  Proposal Development and Lead Project Controls, NOVUS Construction Inc., Chatsworth, CA.  LAC Fire Stations, Schools, Gymnasiums, UCLA Police Station, Hospitals, Community Centers, Aquatic Centers.    Develop and manage cost loaded schedules for multiple projects, ranging in value from 8 to 25 million.  Provide executive and project manager support for change and delay negotiations.  Design Build proposal development and team lead.  Position reports directly to the President.

2/2000 – 3/2005:  Lead Project Controls Specialist, California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA.  Advanced LIGO Project.  Project value estimated at 300 million.  Developed integrated project schedule and estimate for earned value reporting.  Provided project management expertise support tor the project team, during the development of the project proposal, to request government funds for construction.  DCAA audit support.  Directed a team of three people.  Position reports directly to Project Director and Project Controls Manager.  Project sponsored by The National Science Foundation (NSF).

1/2000 - 2/2002:  Project Scheduler, Lyle Parks Jr., Inc., Anaheim, CA.  Holly West Promenade Project.  Developed and managed the project schedule.  Approximate value is 25 million.  Position reported project status directly to the President, and the Project Manger.  Interfaced with owner’s representative regarding requests for information as related to the project schedule.

Graduated in May 1990 from Purdue University at West Lafayette, Indiana.
